Vasko's on Park isn't just a brick-and-mortar spot. The food truck brings the full plate experience to events across Monroe County — festivals, block parties, private celebrations, and more.
The truck runs most major events in the area, and it's available for private hire. If you're planning a party, a company event, or anything that calls for serious food, the truck can be booked directly through the restaurant.
The menu on the truck carries the same quality as the restaurant — the same sauce, the same proteins, the same sides. Nothing gets compromised when it goes on wheels.

Private Parties
Vasko's Food Truck is available for private parties — birthday parties, corporate lunches, holiday parties, weddings, graduations, and more. Our party package includes our most popular menu items, but if that does not meet your needs, we are willing to work with you to ensure your special occasion is memorable.
